Tomato and Cheese Appetizer

   1. First, wash and dry the tomatoes. You can leave the stems on! Chop the herbs, add them to the cheese, and mix.

   2. Cut the tomatoes with a sharp knife into 4 medium slices. Do not mix the slices together. Firm, not too juicy cherry tomatoes work best for this appetizer.

   3. Place a little cheese on each piece and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Assemble the tomato like this. It turned out beautiful and tasty.
