Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can make this appetizer year-round, but it will be at its most delicious in summer — made with fragrant field tomatoes of the "Mikado" variety. You can use any herbs; it will be especially tasty with cilantro and red or green basil. Serve the appetizer at the table.

Prepare the ingredients. Peel the onion and garlic, and wash them together with the tomatoes and cilantro under running water; then pat dry.

Pour oil, vinegar, and liquid honey into a small bowl, add salt and pepper to taste, and minced garlic.
