Mango and Shrimp Appetizer
Description
It works for both special occasions and everyday meals. Many will agree that quick appetizers are a lifesaver for any hostess! This dish is no exception. Moreover, such an exotic appetizer is a feast for the eyes: bright mango, tomatoes, and arugula practically beg you to try at least one bite! You can use any shrimp—choose according to your taste. For greens, I recommend arugula specifically; it pairs perfectly with mango and shrimp. Serve the appetizer at the table.
