Red Fish and Shrimp Appetizer
Description
A tasty appetizer for any gathering. At first glance, this snack may not seem as delicious as it really is. That’s because the main flavor comes not only from the seafood, but also from the combination of cream cheese and ginger—it turns out very appetizing. For this appetizer, I recommend choosing tartlets with thick walls so they don’t get soggy on the table from the moist, heavy filling. Cream cheese can be replaced with unsweetened curd cheese.
