1. First, wash the zucchini, trim the ends, and cut the zucchini into matchsticks. Lightly salt the zucchini. Then bread them in flour.

2. Wash the tomatoes and wipe them with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Cut the tomatoes into thin strips or fairly small cubes.

3. In a skillet, in hot boiling oil, fry the zucchini until a golden crust forms. If you are cooking a lot of zucchini, change the oil after each batch is fried. To ensure the zucchini fry evenly, lower them into the oil in small portions.

4. Place the zucchini on a sheet of clean paper or a paper towel so the excess oil is absorbed. Once they have dried slightly, transfer the zucchini to a bowl or small dish. Now prepare the dressing: mix pressed garlic, sour cream, pepper, and salt. Coat the zucchini with the dressing, then layer the sliced tomatoes on top.

5. Grate the brine cheese on a grater; salted goat or sheep cheese works best. The cheese should be firm so it grates easily. Spread a layer of grated brine cheese on top of the tomato layer.

6. Spread the dressing over the layer of brynza. Wash the dill, let the water drain off, and chop finely. Sprinkle the appetizer with the chopped dill.
