Stuffed Eggs Appetizer
Description
The appetizer is quick and easy to make. Mix the yolk with mustard and mayonnaise — this is the simplest and most popular filling option, and everyone will like it. If you want to make something original, add anchovies, capers, meat, or fish to the yolks. This appetizer should not be stored for long; it is better to serve it immediately after preparation. Serve the appetizer at the table.

Step 1

1. Place the eggs in a saucepan with cold water; the water should cover the eggs by 2–3 cm. Put the saucepan on the heat and bring to a boil, then turn off the heat, cover with a lid, and let stand for 10–12 minutes. Next, drain the boiling water and fill with cold water so the eggs peel easily. Peel the eggs, cut them in half lengthwise, and remove the yolks. Arrange the egg halves on a platter.
