Lentil Appetizer in a Multicooker

60 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

In our family, no feast is complete without this dish. This lentil appetizer made in a multicooker is ready in one hour, including prep time for all ingredients. Add the spices while stewing the vegetables with the lentils. Paprika and coriander bring out the flavor of the lentils especially well, but you can use any seasonings you like. Serve with fresh herbs and sauce.

    3. From here on, follow the modes of your appliance. I’ve gotten used to using the “Buckwheat” mode for making such porridges. Add the rinsed lentils to the sautéed base, then turn on the porridge cooking mode.
