
Snack with sweet potato and guacamole
Description
Minimal ingredients — excellent result. Guacamole sauce pairs perfectly with any vegetables and seafood, so you can't go wrong making it. Instead of sweet potato, use regular potatoes, carrots, peppers, and other vegetables. Also, serve the sauce with chips. Enjoy this appetizer immediately after preparation. The prepared sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.

1. Place the whole potato into boiling water and cook for 3 minutes, then remove. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.

2. Using a spoon, remove the flesh from the two avocado halves, add lemon juice and lime juice, and mash with a fork. Add chopped cilantro and garlic, salt, and pepper.

3. Cut the potatoes into wedges, dry them thoroughly, and mix with vegetable oil. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 200 degrees for about 15–20 minutes, turning several times.
