Avocado Appetizer
Description
As you can see, there is nothing complicated about preparing this appetizer; you only need to wait for the yeast dough to rise. I recommend making not regular crepes but small yeast fritters, as they hold their shape well, the appetizer is easy to serve on them, and then eat.
Instructions

Step 1

Mix the water with the yeast and sugar and let stand for 10 minutes. Beat the egg whites until foamy. Add both types of flour, eggs, milk, and butter to the yeast mixture. Mix everything to form a dough. Let it rest for 1.5 hours.

Step 2

Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the radishes, sliced into thin rounds, for 2 minutes on each side. Remove excess oil from the radishes with a paper towel.

Step 3

Finely chop the peeled apple and avocado flesh. You can blend into a paste, adding lemon juice, vinegar, honey, pepper, and salt to taste.

Step 4

To cook fritters, do not use oil. Spoon the batter onto a non-stick skillet and cook golden fritters.

Step 5

You can make our appetizer from still-warm pancakes, or you can let them cool.

Step 6

So, let's assemble the tartlet: place a bit of apple and avocado paste on the pancake, and top it with a round slice of radish. Add greens as desired. Here's the beautiful result.
