Description
A delicious appetizer for any gathering. It is described in this recipe. Can be served warm or chilled.

1. Cut a large cucumber into oblong pieces of equal size. Hollow out the pulp from the center, leaving a bottom on one side.

3. Hard-boil the egg in advance. Then peel it and chop finely.
