Appetizer for a Student Party
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Chips, crackers, and the like are the main appetizers at most parties. To at least add some variety to the table, they made appetizers like these based on processed or hard cheese and garlic, and for easy serving they used chips instead of sandwiches or canapés. The appetizer is inexpensive but tasty, and you can make it for a large group. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.

1. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater; you can use processed cheese too. It’s up to personal taste.

2. I peel the garlic cloves, grate them on a fine grater or press them through a garlic press, and add them to the cheese. I add mayonnaise to taste and mix thoroughly.

3. Use any chips you like. I take them out of the package and select only whole, undamaged ones.

4. Into each chip, I spoon a small amount of filling with a teaspoon.

5. I choose pitted olives, cut each one in half (crosswise), and place them on top of the filling.

6. I transfer the finished appetizer to a tray or any other serving dish and serve it to the table right away. Immediate serving is important, because if you leave the appetizer out too long, the chips will simply go soggy.
