Description
The appetizer is quick and easy to prepare. The appetizer is easy and simple to make. So, we already have dyed boiled eggs; all that remains is to bake the mushroom caps. From sweet red bell pepper, cut out combs and little chick beaks; make the eyes from black peppercorns or cloves. Place the "chicks" in nests made from mushrooms—the appetizer is ready! Prepare the necessary ingredients. Wash the peppers, mushrooms, and herbs, and pat them dry. Cut off the mushroom stems.

Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with grated nutmeg. Grease a baking dish with butter. Arrange the mushroom caps cut-side down. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 20 minutes.

Peel the eggs and cut off the bottom part (1 cm). Cut combs and beaks from the pepper. Make small cuts in the eggs, assemble the chicks’ heads, and use peppercorns or cloves for the eyes. On a plate, arrange spinach leaves and mushrooms, coat them with mayonnaise, and garnish with parsley. Place the “chicks” on top.
