Instructions

Step 1

Warm half a cup of milk, add sugar and dry yeast to it. Stir and let it sit until the yeast rises and forms a foam.
- 2
Step 2

Into the bowl where we will prepare the dough, pour the remaining warm milk. Add the risen yeast, 1 egg, salt, and melted but not hot butter. Mix, then add flour.
- 3
Step 3

Knead the smooth dough, cover it with a towel (for example), and place in a warm spot for 20 minutes.
- 4
Step 4

We wash the meat and cut it into small pieces.
- 5
Step 5

Sear the meat in a pan with vegetable oil, season with salt and pepper. Then add finely chopped onion and fry together for 5-7 minutes.
- 6
Step 6

Take a small piece of dough. You can later use it to make decorations for the pie. Divide the remaining dough into two parts. Roll out one part of the dough and place it into a greased and floured pan. Put the chilled filling on top, leaving a small border around the edge of the dough.
- 7
Step 7

Roll out the second part of the dough and cover the filling with it. Seal the edges.
- 8
Step 8

Use the reserved piece of dough to make decorations. Brush the pie with yolk mixed with 1 tablespoon of water.
- 9
Step 9

Bake the pie in the oven at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes.
