Stuffed pizza with cheese
Description
Tasty baked goods for the whole family. A closed pizza with cheese is a great choice when you want a tasty snack. It’s easier than easy to make from store-bought puff pastry, especially when there’s no time to knead the dough yourself. For the filling, use hard cheese and sauce to taste. I used ketchup and mayonnaise. The bake is ready. Serve at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Thaw the puff pastry and roll it out into a circle about 20 cm in diameter.
- 3
Step 3

Spread the dough with ketchup and drizzle with mayonnaise, stopping short of the edge so you can pinch it shut without difficulty.
- 4
Step 4

Add the filling — grated cheese.
- 5
Step 5

Fold the pizza in half and pinch the edges shut—you’ll get something like a cheburek. The pizza will be sealed closed. Make a few small slashes on top with a knife so the pizza doesn’t puff up while baking, since the dough is laminated.
- 6
Step 6

Place the closed pizza on a baking sheet, brush it with olive or other vegetable oil, and put it in an oven preheated to 220 degrees.
- 7
Step 7

Bake the closed pizza for 12–15 minutes until golden brown. The cheese inside will melt — delicious.
- 8
Step 8

Let the finished closed pizza cool slightly before serving.
