
Closed pizza with broccoli

The recipe won't take much time. Here's a simple recipe for a closed pizza with broccoli. You can use any filling you like—feel free to add carrots and spinach or mushrooms to the broccoli and onion. Mix the flour with yeast and salt. Combine warm milk with the egg and beat. Add the resulting mixture to the flour. Mix and knead the dough. Cover it with a towel and place in a warm spot for 1 hour to rise.

For the filling, sauté chopped onion and broccoli in a skillet, add a little water, and simmer for another 5–7 minutes. Divide the risen dough in half and roll each part out thinly. Place one dough layer into a greased baking pan, forming edges. Spread the broccoli and onion filling on top, sprinkle with grated cheese, and cover with the second dough layer. Carefully seal the edges of the dough.
