
Closed pizza made with puff pastry
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. Craving a quick pizza? No problem if you have a pack of puff pastry in the freezer. The filling can be anything, whatever you have at your disposal. And you can serve it with tea or coffee.

Prepare the ingredients.

Slice the button mushrooms into thin slices, and sauté them in a small amount of olive oil.

Tear the mozzarella by hand into strands.

Roll out a sheet of dough into a flat sheet, cut a circle from it; you can use a pot lid for this.

Spread the tomato sauce – passata – on one half of the circle.

Place the mozzarella on top of the tomato sauce.

Arrange the olives, sausage pieces, and sprinkle with dried herbs.

Cover the top with the second half of the circle and pinch the edges well.

Do the same with the second half of the dough. Place the pizza on a baking sheet, prick it with a fork so the hot air has somewhere to escape. Bake at 180‑200 °C for 20‑25 minutes.
