Description

A preservation recipe without unnecessary fuss. I'll share a simple recipe for canning green peas! As I said, the result is just as good as store-bought! I used to always buy them, but last summer the peas in Grandma's garden grew like never before. So I decided to put some up for winter. It turned out really well—try it yourself too.

    3. Cover with a lid and sterilize for 3.5 hours at 105 degrees in a pot. To keep the boiling water at the right temperature and prevent the jar from bursting, place a cloth in the pot and add 350 grams of salt per liter of water. Then seal the jar with the lid. Store in the pantry or in the cellar.
