Bulgarian-Style Canned Cucumbers
Description
Canning cucumbers Bulgarian-style at home is a fairly simple process. From the ingredients listed above, I get two jars (1 liter each). The cucumbers can be stored at room temperature, though they are probably better kept in a cool place. They turn out quite tasty: you can taste both the heat and the sweetness. In short, the proportions are spot on.
