Plum compote canning

50 min4 serv.20 февр. 2026 г.

Description

The recipe won't take much time. For a subtle citrus note, we'll add a bit of lemon to the plums. Choose firm, ripe plums without any damage. The compote turns out quite aromatic and rich, thanks to the plum variety, so be sure to pick ripe and fragrant plums. Serve the compote with any meal—it pairs especially well with children's meals or festive tables. Be sure to prepare some homemade compote for later. The drink is ready to serve.
