Preserving Fried Peppers
Description
Homemade preserves keep for a long time. Canning roasted peppers at home is not a difficult process. Prepare sterilized jars and lids in advance. It is important to decide on jar size, as this determines how much marinade you will need. In this recipe, everything is calculated for half-liter canning jars. Good luck. The preserve is ready for winter storage.

Arrange the peppers in sterilized jars, alternating them with herbs and garlic. For a half-liter jar, add 1 tsp salt and vinegar + 2 tsp sugar. If the jar is one liter, use twice as much of the ingredients. Pour boiling water over the peppers and close with lids. Turn the jars upside down and wrap them until completely cooled. Then store the peppers in the refrigerator.
