Thoroughly wash the peppers, trim off the stems and remove the seeds. Wash the vegetable thoroughly again.

Thinly shred the cabbage.

Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater.

Combine the carrots with the cabbage, salt to taste. Mix by hand.
