Description

Just take it out a little in advance before baking to let it defrost—and you're ready to create your little baking masterpieces! It's very convenient to have this dough on hand when guests are coming and there's little time for baking. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Prepare the necessary ingredients. Pour 2 cups of flour into a large bowl. Have ready 6 tablespoons of cold butter, 3/4 cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.

Mix the flour with baking powder and salt. Cut the butter into the flour mixture and stir. It is important that the butter is cold and does not start to melt.

Carefully pour the milk into the mixture. Knead the dough by hand and shape it into a ball. Then roll out the dough into a thin layer. Now you can take out the cookie cutters and start baking.
