First, let it soak for a couple of hours, then turn on the multicooker—and forget about it for another three hours. And that’s it! Cool it down and eat. It can be served warm or chilled.

1. The tongues should be soaked in cold water for one to two hours beforehand. Then place them in the multicooker bowl and fill with water to the top.

2. Add the peeled onion, carrot, and garlic, then set to "Soup" mode for 3 hours.

3. You can also add a bay leaf, more spices, and don't be stingy with salt and pepper either. Once it is ready, let it cool, make an incision, and remove the tough skin. Slice into portions and let it cool. Done!
