Beef tongue stewed in sour cream
Description
The recipe won't take much time. To prepare stewed tongue in sour cream, I also add mushrooms for flavor. You can use simple button mushrooms, or even add some dried mushrooms. Choose sour cream with 15% fat content. Serve hot.
