Tongue under a fur coat
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You can use any type of tongue—pork or beef—for this recipe. You can use any mushrooms; I used frozen champignons. Actually, it's very simple to prepare, and if you've boiled the tongue in advance, it's quite quick. I highly recommend making this delicious "tongue under a fur coat" dish and enjoying it. Serve the finished dish at the table.
