Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Instead of cherries, absolutely any other berries can be used. For a more impressive presentation, you can add a sprig of mint to each jelly. Japanese people often make jelly with flowers. If desired, you can use them too. The finished dessert can be served.

Prepare the ingredients.

Put the sugar and agar-agar into a saucepan.

Boil everything for 2-3 minutes.

Wash the berries and place them in silicone molds.
