Japanese sandwich
Description
It works for both holidays and everyday meals. Onigiri is a very popular dish in Japan. Essentially, these are small rice balls that people take to work or school as a snack. The filling for this kind of sandwich can be almost anything, but tuna is the most popular. I have special molds for making them, but you can also make this sandwich by hand. Onigiri is very easy to prepare, and this “sandwich” is healthy. Serve the appetizer at the table.
