Japanese dumplings with shrimp
Description
Unlike the dumplings we are used to, these dumplings are rarely made with meat alone; various vegetables are usually added. A popular recipe includes shrimp or other seafood. The dumplings are first fried in a pan (to form a golden crust), then water is added and they are simmered.
