Description

Homemade baked goods for tea. To make yantyk you will need plain dough. It is made from flour, salt, water and vegetable oil. For the filling you can use meat (beef or lamb), potatoes or cottage cheese. Today I used cottage cheese and fresh herbs. The flatbreads are fried in a dry pan, which is healthy and very quick. They can be served with tea or coffee.
