Yakutian flatbread
Description
These pancakes can be made not only with suorat but also with regular kefir. Baking soda will make them fluffy—you don't even need to pre-neutralize it. Suorat resembles sour milk, so you can use that as well; it works fine. To prepare Yakutian pancakes, you'll also need butter and about 3-4 cups of flour. Serve them with tea or coffee.
