
Yaki udon
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Yakisoba udon is simple and quick to prepare. The Japanese version includes rice vinegar, as well as oyster sauce and hoisin sauce in addition to soy sauce. If you can't find these exotic ingredients, substitute rice vinegar with apple cider vinegar or lemon juice, and add a bit of sugar. Yakisoba udon is a delicious, filling, and healthy dish. Serve hot.

Prepare the ingredients for making yakisoba udon.

Cut the carrots and zucchini into julienne strips and place them in a frying pan with sunflower oil.

Slice the onion into half-rings, cut the cabbage into squares, and add them to the carrots and zucchini.

Slice the mushrooms not too finely, cut the bell pepper into strips, and place them in a frying pan.

Season the vegetables with a little salt and simmer until tender for 12-15 minutes.

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and place it in a pan with the vegetables.
