Scots-style egg
Description
The recipe won't take much time. As it turns out, Scotch eggs aren't quite just eggs. It's a full dish where meat takes, if not the first, then a leading place. The egg here is more of an addition, making the dish as filling as possible. These kinds of foods are best prepared for strong men and perpetually hungry children. They provide energy and effectively satisfy appetite. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

Chicken fillet needs to be passed through a meat grinder or blended in a blender together with onion. I also decided to add mushrooms to the mince. I boiled them, blended in a blender, and chopped some herbs.

Step 2

Soak a couple of good pieces of baguette in milk. When the bread has softened, add it to the ground meat. Add salt, pepper, and spices. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 3

Boil 6 eggs hard. Cool and peel them. Beat 1 raw egg. Roll each egg in flour. Make patties from the minced meat, wrap the eggs in them, shaping into cutlets.

Step 4

Now pour the breadcrumbs into a bowl. Place a saucepan with vegetable oil on the stove. When the oil begins to boil, coat the cutlets in the beaten egg, then in the breadcrumbs. Put the cutlets into the boiling oil and fry them well.

Step 5

Place the hot patties on paper towels to drain off the fat. Serve this dish best with vegetables and fresh herbs.
