
Egg muffins
Description
It goes perfectly with tea and coffee. A lovely alternative to everyday fried eggs or an omelette. Unusual, delicate, and very tasty! You can endlessly play with fillings by adding different vegetables, mushrooms, or meat. The ingredients are pantry staples, and it is easy to make. Add this recipe to your notes.

Prepare all ingredients.

Beat the eggs with salt and ground pepper.

Add milk.

Grate the cheese and sausage on a coarse grater. Add to the egg mixture.

Mix.

Grease the moulds with oil. If you have silicone moulds, you don't need to grease them. Spoon the egg mixture into the moulds, filling each about two-thirds full.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 15–20 minutes.
