Description
A delicious appetizer for any gathering. Choose absolutely any herbs you like for the recipe! It could be green onion, dill, parsley, or even cilantro with basil! Or perhaps you'll decide to add several types of herbs at once. Experiment, because the herbs here also set the flavor tone. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Boil the eggs in advance and let them cool. The butter should be at room temperature.

Prepare the yolks, wash the herbs, and chop them finely.

Mash the yolks with a fork and the herbs.

Then add the butter and mash everything again until smooth and uniform. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Some people prefer it saltier, others milder.
