Scrambled Eggs in the Microwave
Description
The appetizer is quick and easy to prepare. When cooking, there is a chance the egg may explode in the microwave, so it is worth following a few principles: cover the plate with the fried egg (with another plate or a special microwave bowl), and do not cook at maximum power. You can mix the yolk with the white or make sunny-side-up eggs. It can be served warm or chilled.
