Eggs in bread with sausage and cheese

Delicious baked dish for the whole family. In my opinion, eggs in bread with sausage and cheese is a super tasty meal that kids really love. While they might refuse plain scrambled eggs, they will never say no to this one! I like the yolk to stay runny, spreading and soaking into the bread—it's so delicious! That's why I cook the eggs only briefly and never cover the pan with a lid. I think doneness is easy to tell by the cheese: once it's fully melted, the dish is ready. Good luck, and the baked dish is done. Serve it at the table.

Cut out the center of the bun. Slice the sausage into strips.

Pour a little oil into a frying pan. Place the bread slices, crack an egg into the center of each slice, then press in the sausage and cheese.
