Cheese omelette with processed cheese
Description
In our family, we often start the morning with scrambled eggs, as this dish can be made in just a few minutes—very convenient when you're short on time. Usually, we add different ingredients to our scrambled eggs each time, but the version with processed cheese made at home turns out the tastiest. You might say there's nothing special about it, but in my opinion, the cheese makes the scrambled eggs much more tender and delicate, which is why I always try to include it. So if, like me, you enjoy treating yourself to a quick and delicious meal in the mornings, I recommend trying my simple recipe for scrambled eggs with processed cheese.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First, place a frying pan on the stove and pour in a little vegetable oil. While the oil is heating up, cut the polony or any other meat into small pieces.
- 2
Step 2

Place the polendvitsa in the heated oil and fry for a couple of minutes.
- 3
Step 3

As soon as the meat acquires a light golden color, we crack the eggs into the skillet, season with salt and pepper to taste, and reduce the heat to the lowest setting.
- 4
Step 4

While the eggs are cooking, cut the processed cheese into random pieces, and wash and chop the fresh parsley.
- 5
Step 5

When the eggs are almost ready, place the cheese on top, cover the pan with a lid, and cook for another half minute. Then turn off the heat and let the dish stand covered for another 30 seconds.

Step 6

Now we can divide the scrambled eggs onto plates, sprinkle them with fresh parsley, and start our breakfast. Enjoy your meal, everyone!
