Fried eggs with liver
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I'd like to mention that this recipe for liver and egg scramble can have as many variations as you like—for example, you can replace mushrooms with eggplants or zucchini, which will also taste delicious. Alternatively, you can add a bit of tomato paste when frying the chicken liver—the dish will look even more appetizing! But for now, I'll just explain how to make scrambled eggs with liver, and you can experiment later if you wish. The finished dish is ready to be served.

Step 1

1. Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté in vegetable oil until the onion becomes translucent.

Step 2

2. Now add the mushrooms. Continue frying until the liquid from the mushrooms has evaporated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3

3. Add the thoroughly washed and chopped chicken liver. I recommend adding a little coriander and soy sauce. Wait until it is fried.

Step 4

4. Now mix everything once again and add the eggs. I usually lightly beat two eggs and pour them in right away so they cook together with the rest, and then add the last egg at the end so the yolk stays runny, creating a fried egg effect.
