Scrambled eggs with meat

Description

A delicious appetizer for any gathering. Making fried eggs with meat is very simple. You will spend no more than twenty minutes. I also recommend garnishing the fried eggs with fresh herbs and serving them with orange juice — a champion’s breakfast! Serve with herbs and sauce.

   First, slice the cooked meat and fry it. This can be a cutlet from yesterday’s lunch, or a piece of boiled meat.

   Cut the hard cheese into pieces about the same size. Carefully, so you don’t break the yolks, crack the eggs and place pieces of hard cheese and halved cherry tomatoes in the whites.

   Cover with a lid, but watch to make sure the yolks don’t set completely. Serve the finished fried eggs with meat hot.
