
Scrambled Eggs with Summer Vegetables

Wash the zucchini and cut it however you like. I used half-moon slices. Place in a hot skillet with refined sunflower oil.

Fry the zucchini for 5–6 minutes on both sides until lightly golden. Cut the bell pepper into strips and add it to the zucchini.

Wash the tomato and cut it into wedges. Place in the skillet.
