French-style scrambled eggs
Description
Suitable for both special occasions and everyday meals. The French omelet recipe is incredibly simple, but it sometimes takes more than one try to get it right. I’m happy to share a few secrets for making this dish. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
Instructions

Step 1

1. First, prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Step 2

2. The main key to success is a perfectly even slice of bread. That is why it is best to use already sliced bread—then you are more likely to get cleaner edges. From the bread slice you need to cut out the crumb, leaving about 0.5–0.6 mm along the edges. Special precision is not required here, but the edges must hold their shape well.

Step 3

3. Place the cut piece on a skillet with heated vegetable oil and fry until golden on one side.

Step 4

4. When the bread is toasted, flip it over and carefully pour the egg into the center. It works best to crack the egg into a bowl first and then pour it onto the pan from there.

Step 5

5. Ideally, the edges of the bread should fully hold the egg inside. If that did not happen and a little egg leaked out, there is no need to worry. It is enough to lightly trim off the excess once the dish is ready.

Step 6

6. Lightly salt the egg and fry until done.
