Egg scramble with water
Description
I learned how to make scrambled eggs with water from my friend who decided to give up all fried foods and switch to healthy eating. I liked the cooking method itself, so I decided to try it too—after all, it's interesting to see what the result will be. As it turned out, preparing scrambled eggs with water at home is not difficult at all. Although the taste of these eggs is different from the kind we're all used to eating, I still enjoyed them. I think I'll continue making this healthy, low-calorie dish in the future.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First, pour water into a saucepan and bring it to a boil.
- 2
Step 2

Very carefully crack the egg into boiling water, trying to keep the yolk intact.

Step 3

When the egg white begins to set and turns white, you should lift the egg slightly with a spatula to prevent it from sticking to the bottom and losing its shape. Then continue cooking the omelet until the yolk reaches your desired consistency—I personally prefer a runny yolk.

Step 4

Place the finished dish on a plate, season with salt and ground pepper to taste, and serve with fresh vegetables or a light salad. Enjoy your meal!
