Scrambled Eggs on Puff Pastry
Description
A tasty appetizer for any gathering. There are so many fried-egg recipes that you could make a different one every day for a year without repeating yourself. You can serve these tartlets not only for breakfast, but also at a buffet. I like the yolk to stay slightly runny, but you can make them however you prefer. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
