Hard-boiled eggs without shells
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Boiling eggs without shells seems strange to us Russians. But in fact, it's very convenient. For some reason, I'm always unlucky. When I boil eggs (and do everything by the rules), the shells always peel poorly. After trying once to boil eggs without shells, I now only cook them this way—of course, when it comes to breakfast. Boiled eggs without shells, as I've already mentioned, are a very convenient method. You can simultaneously lower an unlimited number of "pouches" with eggs into a pot of boiling water. If you prefer runny yolks, boil for about 3-4 minutes; if you want hard-boiled eggs, cook them for 4-5 minutes. Give it a try and share your feedback ;) The finished dish is ready to be served.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Take the eggs.
- 2
Step 2

Cut the plastic wrap into squares (10x10 cm) and two convenient small circles. Line the bottom completely with the plastic squares. Put a drop of olive oil on each, spread it with your finger, and crack the eggs onto them.

Step 3

Then tightly seal the film and twist it as shown in the photo.
- 4
Step 4

Place our eggs into boiling water for 3-5 minutes. The longer the eggs are boiled, the harder they become. There shouldn't be too much water in the pot.

Step 5

After the eggs are boiled, take them out of the film, place them on a piece of white bread, and eat with salt and mayonnaise. Enjoy your breakfast! :)
