Eggs with sausage

The recipe won't take much time. Almost everyone knows how to make eggs with sausage at home, as this dish is extremely simple and requires no special skills or expertise. Still, despite its simplicity, it makes an excellent breakfast, as it's very tasty and quite filling—important qualities for the first meal of the day. Of course, there are no secrets or tricks in this recipe; I just want to share how I like to prepare my eggs with sausage, ensuring the yolks remain runny. Serve hot.

So, first of all, pour a little vegetable oil into a frying pan and crack the eggs into the oil, trying not to break the yolks (though this time it didn't work out perfectly for me).

Cut the sausage into slices and place them on the pan, sprinkle everything with salt and spices to taste. Turn on the heat only now, and for the first minute it should be high.

Then we reduce the heat to the lowest setting and cook the eggs until the whites begin to set. As soon as the whites are almost no longer translucent, we turn off the heat, remove the pan from the stove, and let the eggs sit for another minute or so to reach the desired consistency. Now our breakfast is ready—enjoy your meal!
