Eggs with cod liver
Description
A tasty appetizer for any gathering. Cod liver on its own is very fatty and won't appeal to everyone. It's ideal served with sandwiches, crackers, and eggs. You don't even need to come up with a special filling—use the yolk, add a little herbs and mayonnaise. These eggs should be served immediately after preparation so the dish looks appetizing. Serve with herbs and sauce.
