Eggs with caviar
Description
It works for both holidays and everyday meals. Many of us have made a similar dish at least once for a festive table. Eggs can be filled with all kinds of ingredients. Today I decided to experiment and show you. The appetizer is ready. Serve right away.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Boil the eggs hard, then let them cool completely. For easier peeling, immediately after cooking, cover them with cold water.
- 2
Step 2

2. Peel the eggs and cut them in half.
- 3
Step 3

3. Now remove the yolk from each half and trim a little of the white. This creates a deeper cavity for the filling.
- 4
Step 4

4. Mash the yolk and remaining egg white with a fork. The mixture should be homogeneous.
- 5
Step 5

5. Add grated processed cheese and minced garlic.
- 6
Step 6

6. And at the very end, add pollock roe and mayonnaise. The mixture should be uniform, so it should be stirred very thoroughly with a spoon. Add mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to taste.

Step 7

7. Now all that’s left is to fill our prepared egg shells with the resulting mixture. After that, the finishing touch is presenting the dish. I usually garnish caviar eggs like these with herbs, but this time I decided to use olives.
