Grilled Eggs
Description
The recipe won't take much time. If you're lucky enough to get out into nature for a few days, but can't imagine breakfast without your usual fried eggs, then you should definitely try my recipe. Since you're using a grill grate, cooking eggs directly won't work, as the egg mixture is too runny. But there's a solution! Make little molds out of aluminum foil and fry the eggs on the grill in them. If you don't have foil on hand, there's another option—bell peppers. Cut them in half, crack an egg into each half, and grill the eggs right inside the peppers. Optionally, sprinkle the eggs with grated cheese, add some aromatic herbs or garlic powder. Serve hot.

Step 2

Make small molds from foil with low edges. The diameter of the molds should match the size of the eggs. For convenience, you can use a cup or glass. Fold a piece of foil into 2-3 layers and wrap it around the bottom of the cup. Then carefully remove it and shape small edges around the circle with your hands. Grease the molds with vegetable oil.

Place a grill grate on the barbecue. Put foil molds on top and let them heat up well, then crack one egg into each mold. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook the eggs over hot coals until done to your liking.
