Eggs Stuffed with Cottage Cheese and Herbs
Description
Perfect for the table and with drinks. You can boil chicken eggs ahead of time and keep them in the refrigerator without peeling the shells, so you can then make this colorful appetizer in 5 minutes. It is perfect for a protein diet, despite the mayonnaise.
