Eggs Stuffed with Mackerel
Description
Perfect for the table and for drinks. Stuffed eggs are a dish known to chefs all over the world. A huge number of recipes and preparation methods give home cooks room to be creative. This appetizer was very popular in many families in the time of our grandmothers and mothers. Its popularity lies in how simple it is to make and how easy the ingredients are to find. I offer one filling option—canned mackerel, which will give the finished dish a distinctive fish flavor. You can make it for a family lunch, but it is best suited for a holiday table. It can be served warm or chilled.
